The unexamined life is not worth living.

Socrates

At every stage of life, especially during transitions… we need to take a step back to reflect… to look back … with some leading questions such as:

  • what brought me here?
  • how have I arrived here?
  • who helped me to reach this place?
  • is this place comfortable to stay for long or shall I stay for just a while?
  • if I want to move on, what should I take with me? What learnings are there in this place?
  • what is next for me?
  • what will give meaning to me in the next phase/season of my life?

Let us be consciously aware of the importance to cultivate wholeness in mind-body-spirit.

Every human being has the potential to grow, develop, and be the best they can be at any age, under any circumstances.

On this website, you will find what the Center for Life Transitions offers. Informative resources will also be added from time to time.

My services are available to individuals and groups. I am a trained spiritual director in the Christian tradition and I am also trained in counseling and integrated psychotherapy. Coming from these trainings, my approach is on blended and integrative care. My practice is to integrate various tools and practices to move the seeker/client towards wholeness and wellness in mind-body-spirit.

I am keen to work alongside Counselors, Psychotherapists and mental health specialists using Zentangle[R], NeuroArt, Points-of-You[R] and focused writing therapy.

  • Zentangle[R] as a tool to cultivate mindfulness, calmness and focus.
  • NeuroArt and Points-of-You[R] as tools to gain insight and new perspectives.
  • Focused writing as supplementary healing therapy.
